Material: PC2458. Surface finish: mirror-like. Dimensions: 26 × 76 × 11 mm. Wall thickness: 1 mm. Mold cavitation: 1 × 1.
Mold Solution:
To meet the flatness requirement, detailed mold flow analysis was performed before mold manufacturing to determine the precise gate location, ensuring balanced filling and acceptable weld lines. For the fine micro‑features, the mold was manufactured using special mold steel and ultra‑precision machining equipment. For such a thin‑walled part, a Sumitomo high‑speed injection molding machine was used for trial and production.
