Material: PC2458. Surface finish: mirror-like. Dimensions: 25 × 15 × 14 mm. Wall thickness: 1.9 mm. Number of mold cavities: 1+1.
Mold Solution:
For the 1+1 cavity layout, detailed mold flow analysis was performed before mold manufacturing to determine the precise gate location and gate size, ensuring balanced filling for both parts. To meet the requirement of multiple embedded metal inserts, the mold was designed with multiple interchangeable inserts. For the internal thread structure in a confined space, combined with the presence of embedded metal inserts, a special movable slider mechanism was cleverly designed into the mold, solving the issues of inserting and removing the metal inserts and achieving automatic demolding of the threads.
