To meet the product requirements, the following measures were implemented:
Before mold opening, a detailed mold flow analysis was conducted to determine the precise gate position. This ensured balanced filling of the product and maintained its flatness.
Uniform mold cooling circuit layout was adopted to achieve even cooling of the product. This guaranteed consistent product shrinkage, thereby ensuring dimensional accuracy and flatness of each cavity’s product.
For the placement and positioning of the pre-embedded L-shaped pins, a special movable and interchangeable insert was designed. This design ensured both precision and production efficiency.
